Purpose
The purpose of the Information Technology Department is to provide computer services to Elected Officials, Department Heads, in-house staff and taxpayers.
Departmental Responsibilities
● Maintain and update the County's computer system
● Write new software programs and update existing software
● Set up and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN)
● Purchase and install personal computers (PCs)
● Upgrade and repair PCs
● Train employees on supported PC applications
